Among Friends

We meet every week on Zoom, where the world is flat. We’re helping each other grow our businesses by giving each other referrals or by introducing each other to appropriate referral partners. Tonight, we met in person, some of us for the first time. We met for beer and barbecue, some good conversation, exchange of business cards, photos. Lots of comments about how great it is to meet in person. Catching up. It’s so easy to withdraw from the world, to live in a world that’s flat. But the world isn’t flat, and we should get out into it every chance we get.
