Chuck, Chicken, Salmon
I'm about to smoke a chuck steak, some chicken legs, and salmon (for wifey). The chuck will go to 115F, then inside where I'll finish it off in the oven at 500F on a preheated cast iron skillet.
I might need a second, 1800F grill for finishing steaks. And a second oven to roast potatoes at 425F. Simple food gets complicated around here.
